I began my career working as a nurse in Oncology. What I learned from the start of that experience was how much I loved supporting people in the midst of their metaphorical life storms. I loved the authenticity and resilience of the clients I had the honor of serving. As a counselor and coach, my practice is based on my background in Adlerian and Gestalt theory. Together, we may explore topics such as early memories, dreams and birth order. Self-awareness and healing will unfold while using out of the box creative means to move through emotional obstacles or areas for growth. Health is often defined as belonging to something bigger and more meaningful than ourselves. I hope to guide you to that sacred place on this adventure of life.
